Use:

Sika® Swellstop® Water Based Primer is used in conjunction with Sika® Swellstop® strip-applied waterstop in nonmoving joint applications, such as retaining walls, box culverts, penetrations, concrete pipes, vaults, slabs, elevator shafts, etc
