Returns Policy

EMI Supply offers returns on product within 30 days of shipment. Products must be in 100% re-sellable condition and in their original packaging.


How do I return a purchase?

You can initiate a return request right on our website. Select the return button from your order history page and specify the items (enter 0 in quantity box for lines not being returned) and quantities. This information will be submitted to our customer service team for approval.

If your order qualifies for return, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with information on additional steps in the return process.


What if the products arrive damaged?

We apologize for any inconvenience and our service team will make the situation right. EMI Supply can either issue a refund or send a replacement item at no cost or further inconvenience to you.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record. Also take photos to document the damages and save all shipping cartons, product boxes, and product.

Damage claims must be reported to EMI Supply within 5 days of receipt. The delivery receipt and phots must be submitted upon filing the claim. EMI Supply will not accept any freight claim that does not meet these criteria.


Is there a restocking fee?

We charge a 20% restocking fee. If an offsetting order is placed, we typically waive the restocking fee.


Who is responsible for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

If products are damaged or defective, EMI Supply will be responsible for return shipping.


When will my account be credited?

Refunds will be issued after the warehouse has received and inspected the returned items to make sure they are in re-sellable condition. 


Are there any products that cannot be returned?

Custom, special-order, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

All items with a hazardous materials designation cannot be returned due to shipping restrictions.



EMI Supply uses one of the most efficient and prompt order processing systems to ensure delivery in a timely manner. As a result, it is often difficult to cancel an order after it has been placed. Once the order is sent to our warehouse, where it is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel a placed order, please contact our customer service center as soon after placing the order as possible.
