The MAB 155 from CS Unitec is an ultra-compact portable magnetic drill with a horizontal motor mount for drilling in tight spaces. The drill is just 7" high, and it accepts cutters with a 3/4" weldon shank and a maximum depth of cut of 1-1/2".
