All-Steel™ is the newest addition to the Walter flap disc line. It features a unique zirconia alumina grain blend that micro fractures with less pressure than the grains used in our Enduro-Flex product. This means that while Enduro-Flex still provides more life and a higher removal rate in most applications, All-Steel actually provides a better solution for workers who use power tools with less than 8.0 Amps of electrical current. These power tools often bog down under pressure, slowing the RPM and causing abrasives to glaze, which significantly reduces the product’s performance. All-Steel allows workers with low power angle grinders to improve their productivity and achieve better results.
