Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Due to size and/or weight, some items and brands may be excluded from free shipping and will be clearly marked as such.

Expedited orders placed after 1:00 pm Eastern time are not guaranteed to ship the same day. We ship to the US and Canadian addresses only.

Customers in Canada shall be responsible for customs duties/taxes.

We cannot ship pressurized, flammable or hazardous goods via air; check any good's product specifications for more information.

Shipping is calculated based on weight and distance, and the delivery method chosen.

Freight Shipments:

Any customer with a residential delivery address, or that requires additional services will be contacted and given the opportunity to pay for those services.

Claims: 

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt. Any damage or shortage to a shipment must be noted accordingly on the delivery receipt/ticket at the time of delivery. The delivery receipt and the inspection report or, a waiver of inspection statement, need to be submitted to EMI upon filing the freight claim. EMI will not accept any freight claim that does not meet these criteria.

All items purchased from EMI Supply are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping Discrepancies / Damaged Product:

Must notify us via (888) 721-3641 within 72 hours of receipt.

Drop Shipping

Drop Shipments from a supplier may be subject to sales tax for the State or municipality where the shipment originates.

Prepaid Orders:

You may either use a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Personal checks may be held for 7 days, therefore a slight delay in shipping may result.

Waiver and Warranty:

EMI Supply will repair or replace any product manufactured by EMI Supply found upon our inspection to be defective in workmanship or material within 90 days from the date of purchase. EMI Supply will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of any product we sell.  The user shall determine the suitability and safety of any product for its intended use, and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therein.

Returns:

No returns accepted without prior approval. Item must be in new/unopened condition. The customer is to be responsible for return shipping charges, and a restocking fee of 20% will be charged unless offsetting order is being placed. No returns accepted on special order items.

Refunds:

Absolutely no refunds after 30 days from ship date.
