MasterEmaco N 423RS is a fast-setting, polymer-modified, cementitious repair mortar for horizontal, vertical, or overhead surfaces.

• Interior and exterior
• Vertical and overhead
• Horizontal
• Above and below grade
• Spalls or holes in concrete
• Deteriorated edges
