They are explosionproof and dust-ignitionproof, rated for Class I Division 1 and Class II Division 1 hazardous locations where flammable gases, vapors, or combustible dusts may be present. Constructed from zinc-plated malleable iron providing corrosion resistance for indoor and sheltered installations.
