Product Description
Sealing fittings, also known as conduit seal-offs, prevent the passage of gases, vapors, and flames between sections of a conduit system in hazardous classified locations. Filled with Kwiko sealing compound and fiber dam material at installation, these fittings confine any internal explosion to the sealed section and prevent pressure piling through the conduit system. Constructed from malleable iron with Appleton's triple-coat finish — zinc electroplate, chromate conversion, and epoxy powder coat — delivering layered corrosion protection for demanding industrial environments.
