Explosionproof exterior braid armored / unarmored cable gland connectors terminate exterior braid armored / unarmored cable into enclosures in hazardous classified locations, providing a sealed cable entry that grounds and strain-relieves the cable in a single fitting. The gland assembly clamps the cable armor wires between inner and outer compression rings, establishing both mechanical retention and a reliable electrical bonding path. Constructed from 316L stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance, specified for offshore platforms, marine environments, chemical processing, and other applications where standard materials cannot withstand the operating atmosphere.
