SU5005 100% RTV Silicone Adhesive/Sealant

SU5005 100% RTV Silicone Adhesive sealant is a non-slump Silicone Paste which has excellent resistance to extreme temperature, moisture, ozone, vibration, and weathering. This is a one-part, acetoxy cure Silicone. This is also a food Grade Silicone Adhesive sealant having USDA, FDA, and NSF approvals.

One-part acetoxy Silicone rubber sealant. Can be applied at temperatures from -35 F (-37 C) to 140 F (60 C). Will not crack or become brittle with age. Excellent adhesion to Glass, most types of wood, metal Ceramics, porcelain, Silicone rubber, synthetic rubbers and many plastics. Excellent Marine Acetoxy RTV Silicone.

SU5005 RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant meets or exceeds the requirements of the following specifications: TT-S-001543A (COM-NBS) Class A-Federal Specifications for Silicone Building Sealants. TT-S-00230C (COM-NBS) Class A, Non-Sag-Federal Specifications for One-Component Silicone Sealants. ASTM C 920-87 Standard Specification for Elastomeric Joint Sealant as Type S, Grade NS , Class 25, Use NT, G and A. When properly cuRed and washed SU5005 RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant Clear, White, Aluminum, and Black meet the requirements of FDA reg. 21-CFR-177.2600. CGSB 19GP9M (Canadian Government Specifications Board). SU5005 RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant is designed to meet the requirement of MIL -A-46106A. Amend 2, Type 1.
