Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
Most items ship UPS.  We cannot ship pressurized or flammable goods via air; check any good's product specifications for more information.  All Items shipped by truck must be prepaid and will be shipped FOB point of origin.  FedEx delivery is available upon request.

Shipping Discrepancies / Damaged Product:
Must notify us via (888) 721-3641 within 72 hours of receipt.

COD Orders:
(Certified Check or money order) There is a COD fee charged by FedEx plus freight charges.

Prepaid Orders:
You may either use a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Personal checks may be held for 7 days, therefore a slight delay in shipping may result.

Waiver and Warranty:
EMI Supply will repair or replace any product manufactured by EMI Supply found upon our inspection to be defective in workmanship or material within 90 days from the date of purchase. EMI Supply will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of any product we sell.  The user shall determine the suitability and safety of any product for its intended use, and the use assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therein.

Returns:
No returns accepted without prior approval. Item must be in new/unsed condition. A restocking fee will be charged. No returns accepted on special order items.

Refunds:
Absolutely no refunds after 30 days.

Frieght Claims:
Any claims for damage or loss must be filed with the carrier by the purchaser.
